Boray Group was first established in Nicosia as Boray Emlak in 1997 and later opened an office in Kyrenia thanks to the growth of business. Boray Developments was established in 2002 by Mustafa Metiner, the founding partners, taking a decision to take part in construction business in Turkey when foreigners rushed on TRNC. Boray Developments started with small initiatives in the early years of its establishment and specialized in the construction of high quality, boutique, and luxury segment apartment and villa projects. Additionally, Boray Developments also offers on-demand contracting services to people who are serious about making purchase in Northern Cyprus and who want a custom designed property.
